Not all teachers deserve a pay raise,only the good ones do that inspire students aspirations.The bad ones deserve to find a different job, because a teacher can ruin someones life and turn their ambitions into non-ambitions. The teachers that can be replaced by a printer, should be. Give their salary away to teachers who actually cares for students. People need now more than ever to be inspired to work in their fields. Screw these people who shit on kids futures. Let them give class ratings, like they do in colleges, so we can cut the shitty root that is this countries problems. If a doctor is giving you heart surgery and removes a kidney they will be fired. These people ruin kids lives in the future and it hurts their own identity in the present and get no repercussions. They push for bare bones bullshit and showcase that being content with print outs is fine. If you want payment, do good at your job,inspire and lead.
