The conceptual meaning behind a photograph may change over time. Some people may think photographs will last long hint the phrase take a photo it will last longer, yet the photograph is an orchestration of authorship and with things that are created it becomes reinterpreted by future events or the people within them. From a person with context to a person without context we make fabrications of everything we see.
One of the quickest assessments of a human brain is judgment, and peoples personalities are organized by those judgments, for instance a photo of a woman, some people may think she is pretty, some may find it revolting, she may have a hair on her lip, some may look at the surrounding and say I've been there before or I’ve done something near that location and each prevalent memory will present itself before you make a judgement subliminally.
With all these interpretations to a publicly viewed photo changes the notion set around the image over time, for instance there’s a baby in an image the family see's it as adorable, at the time of its taking. It turns out the baby grows up and is now a murderous thug with two life sentences and the image is then reviled and thrown away, then found again and looked on with the same sense of the original meaning, since they don’t know who the person is.
There could be items that were once in photo advertisements that completely were removed like old businesses that needed an audience and when the business failed it’s just some mom and pop shop that later got turned into a Walmart. The concept of photographs are almost ever changing.
