Artists are associated to creation ,but are just as much destroyers in the modern day. why make a new piece of art? So you can re-purpose it, reedit it, destroy meaning to make it your own. Art is territorial pissing. I made that, it's mine and I can make it again and nobody else will rip it to pieces like I will. I can sketch a peaceful image and give is a disastrous background for the emphasis of something not being as it seems, and it wouldn't be peaceful any longer.
When you make varieties of art in post editing processes you destroy purpose to give it another purpose so it has value for different uses and users.you learn that your art is better when it's torn to pieces in a variety of ways because it emphasizes something broken or something unfix-able, even a rock star breaks his guitar to emphasize its pocket change to them and that the show is over because the last strum was made with a jarring clash of an electric wood snapping sound.Narrative is a destructive path and even abstract is destructive in the idea that it defeats basic structure.Educational activities even teach artists that destruction and re purpose is more important than the image being stationary to one format or being stuck to paper. Art is destroyed to make it relatable and obtainable to audiences.
